Key staff - John Foster, Ph.D. – Executive Director / Program Director
Provides overall leadership and implementation oversight for ASSAP, including program strategy, partner coordination, fiscal accountability, compliance, and grant reporting. Dr. Foster brings 40 years of youth and education experience and a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering.
